The shooting took place in the 7400 block of Yarrow Boulevard around 4:30 p.m. Monday.
Police said the woman and the man were in the bedroom of the apartment at the time. Everyone had gunshot wounds in the upper body.
When the women went in, they were alive, they were taken to the local hospital, and everyone was in a critical condition.
Authorities said they did not know if foul play was involved, but they said there was no evidence of forced entry. When asked if the situation was a murder-suicide, the officer replied: “It looks like it is.”
Both men found are believed to be in their 20s.
No one else was reported in the apartment and no other injuries were reported.
The pistol used in the incident has been recovered, police said. The investigation will continue.
